Litigation and Arbitration

SLD has traditionally focused on litigation and client representation before the court. Over the years, its original litigation-focused approach has been complemented by an emphasis on mediation and ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) procedures.
The department assigned to it has nearly forty years of consolidated expertise in managing clients’ judicial disputes before all levels of court and jurisdiction. The department is also prepared in handling hundreds of cases, including mass litigation. Special attention is given to risk assessment for the client in the management of individual cases.
The department also engages in arbitration proceedings, taking part in arbitration panels or with attorneys serving as sole arbitrators.
